Overall the service was great. The only 2 complaints we had was we had requested a quote for different services that they provided and were told several times that we would get the quotes either by email or a phone call but we never received either. The second issue was I guess partially my fault that I didn’t realize the workers who came to my house do not handle the scheduling for the monitoring and pick up so when I asked when they would be coming back they had said sometime Tuesday or Wednesday. I cancelled all plans to make sure I was home during those days only to receive a call from the company late afternoon on Wednesday that they would be coming on Thursday. Besides those two incidents, the workers who came to my house were very nice and did a good job.
