Membership Protection
The Water Damage Protection Plan provides coverage for eligible water damage restoration services up to a maximum of 2,000 sq ft. To apply for the protection applicants must own a residential or commercial property. Sign up today its free. This plan is an extention of your home owners insurance. This plan covers you when your insurance does not.
Covered services under this Agreement include:
Emergency water extraction
Structural drying
Moisture inspections and assessments
Sewage cleanup
Floor removal due to water damage
Two-foot flood cuts and drywall removal
Dry wall removal
Excluded Services
This Agreement does not cover:
Mold remediation or treatment of microbial growth
Pre-existing conditions or ongoing leaks prior to enrollment
Plumbing repairs or appliance replacement
Reconstruction, remodeling, or cosmetic work not directly caused by covered water damage
Replacement of any construction materials (e.g., drywall, flooring, cabinets, or trim)
Claim Process & Timeline
To ensure timely response and resolution, Members must follow the claim process: Call 1-800-201-0924 . To file a claim, claims must be submitted within 72 hours of discovery of the incident. An inspection to assess the damage will be scheduled within 24–48 hours of claim submission.
